Reiki Level I is the first step towards this wonderful healing energy. When all Reiki levels are taken, unity is formed and it works in the best and most efficient way for you. Reiki Level I is only a starting point for Reiki practices, and it energetically empowers you, cleans, and also provides a basis for other levels.
First stage training starts with the transfer of Reiki energy to the student by the Reiki Master. At this stage, the students are taught the history of Reiki, its purpose and its benefits. The students are also shown the standard hand positions required for the person to be able to apply Reiki to himself and others. The training period is one full day. There are at least two attunements during the training. After attunements the students practice hand positions so that they get used to energy and learn to use positions. After completing this stage, they will have a technique that they can use for life. In the distance education, the initiation date is determined, then the handbook and the certificate are sent by e-mail.
